Setting up HBO Max

Here is how to get started on HBO Max, included with the HBO Premium TV package.

1. Download the HBO Max app on any supported device. Find the official list here at HBOMax.com
2. TV
   • To sign in on your TV, check out the TV sign-in steps at HBOMax.com
     
3. Phone or Tablet
   • On the first screen, choose ‘Sign In’
     
     
   • If this if your first time using HBO Max, click the link “Create an HBO Max Account.” NOTE: This account will be independent of your VNET Fiber account.
     
     
   • With your HBO Max Account created, sign in with that account.
     
     
   • Next, click “Connect Your Provider.”
     
     
   • Find “VNET Fiber” in the alphabetical listing.
     
     
   • Sign in using your VNET Fiber account credentials. This is your login for WatchTVEverywhere.
     
     
   • Finally, you should be ready to Stream HBO Max content.
